Question about Aesthetics (Makeup Ticket)

I have a quick question about purchasing the Aesthetics ticket. Once you use it, it only lasts for an hour correct? Is this real time or in-game? For example, I use it, log out after 15min and come back in 15min. Would I still have 30min to use it again or will it be timed out by then?

Also, does this only affect one character? Or does it affect your account? Like say, I want to change the looks for two characters; will one ticket work or would I need to purchase two tickets instead?

The one hour timer is only true if you have premium. Doesn't apply without.
