Please help with tweaker

Hi, i'm new to this forums, and i'm interested and playing pso2

I have installed the game, downloaded the tweaker, installed the tweaker, choose check for updates,
the tweaker checks the updates and start downloading , but on file 2229/3691 it stops downloading.
the tweaker is not frozen.
on the bottom it says this

like i said, i opened the tweaker and choose check for pso2 updates, that's all i did
please help.
i have spent almost 1 hrs doing the captcha thing lol.

EDIT i made the tweaker to check the files again, by selecting update pso2 , and now it's donwloading the remaining 1462 files.
Was this a bug? :)
