How to make PSO2 make with Windows 8.1

Is there any way to get this to work? My friend has been struggling trying to get pso2 to work on windows 8.1, but gameguard doesn't seem to boot up for them.

Anyone have any solutions?

Right click > Run as Administrator

run it as admin.

i do it since windows 7.
