Return Echo(Hunter) back to Echo(Force)

With the recent addition of the bingo I need to complete the client order ヒミツの特訓 from Echo(Force). I am stuck in a position where I can not complete the client order as Echo(Hunter) does not show the Echo(Force) client orders.

To get Echo back to force mode I've tried:
Switching the matter board number, then abandoning a quest
Switching the matter board number, then changing block
Completing ep2 story
Talking to Echo(Hunter)
Completing all Echo(Hunter) client orders
Completing a quest with Echo(Force)

Is it possible to switch Echo? I've tried but I've had no luck.

Completed 【C-5】 from Matter Board 2
and
Completed 【Exploration Request III】 from Koffie

?

I need to go and watch all those events sometime

I'm curious... What makes her change back to Force?
Not that I need it anyway since I already cleared it, but I'm curious.

You get two separate listings in the NPC selection window - one Echo stays all the way at the top as a force, and a new one is added near the bottom as a hunter.
