How to unsubscribe from e-mails?

Heya peeps,

I was hoping someone out there could give me a quick run-through of the steps needed to unsubscribe from e-mails from Sega for PSO2 and the others like Chaos Heroes. Google translate hasn't helped much. On some nights I need to leave my phone volume on in case of an emergency and I'm not a big fan of getting these notifications at 2AM.

I just report them as spam, and they get redirected to my junk folder, ergo, no more notifications. Try that.

Click on the "登録情報へ" link near the top of the page
Check the radio button and fill out one of the info checks (name, DoB, or secret question) and put in your email address at the bottom
Click メールマガジン配信状況変更 about halfway down the page
Click the option marked 配信停止 for any mailing list you no longer want, then hit the 送信 button at the bottom of the page.
Click the log out button under the Sega icon.

Thanks. What about the capcha? Forget how to get around that, only did it once when PSO2 was first released.

You can play match the moonrunes with this site (http://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/hiragana.htm) then copy and paste the results or you can save the capcha as an image, post it in the questions thread or capcha thread and hope somebody gets it to you before you time out.
