There has to be 2+ actual players in a zone to get it to spawn, soloing wont work.

FC FF has a nice spawn rate, same as vardha soma A1, apparently

Would love to help more, but due to things irl, I only managed to completely clear front side of bingo cards (on 2 chars, so, total of 4), with some points on reverse side .....

Alot of people dont care about the matterboard either, which is why both are in.

It forces people to a) Spend More time to clear stuff for rewards and b) Forces them to playthrough the stuff they've created that people don't really like.

Think you really do need the matterboard done for that side.

Yeah, for one square of the reverse side of Festival you need MB10 I think, and the reverse side of Valentine's you need MB11 (with a few on MB1-3 or so).

But you can still do a majority of your bingos without any story completed.

Complete board doesn't really matter too much (except to unlock the reverse side), it's just several lines at once for that last square.

Every line counts, of course.
