As shown in the picture, my dex is already 468, why it is shown that the dex is 438 in the weapon section?

your base dex is not enough. The dex that you see added up to 468 is the total dex you get from buffs/ affixes and so on. 現在の値４３８ shows your current base dex so need 12 more :D

The stats shown in your character info are including stats from equipment, you probably have and extra 30 dex from an affix or something. Stats from equipment or buffs don't count towards equipment requirements.
