Mag help needed to get Leo

Hello,

I have been feeding my mag dex items till level 30 and it Evolved into Antila.

i got the impression i needed to then feed it Strike atk items to get it to evolve into Leo at level 100 but it Evolved into Lyra(lvl 30 strike evolution) at level 95.

it is now lvl 100 and Dex and Strike are even level and it is still Lyra.

my question is... is it possible to get it to Evolve into Leo still, if so what do i need to feed it to get it to Evolve into Leo at keep it there?
