Need some guides on AQ

I have never done AQ b4, since everybody said it was not worth the effort.....

However, recently, it seems that SH AQ drops are better and many have been getting 11* (especially katana). Since, I desperately need a better katana, I like to give AQ a try.....but I do not know how it works...

The AQ you want to do now is the Super Hard, since it drops new 11* weapon and PA/Tech.

People rae doing the new Xq for the Bio-weapon 11* since it's all class too.
