Knuckles Photon Art Effects are missing

Hi,
Been having this problem since release but never bothered to look for a fix so far lol, until now that I started lvling Fighter, it looks so weird lol

Effects of Knuckles PA don't show, the animations do, but effects don't. And it's only for knuckles, rest of the weapons PA effects' show just fine.
Here's an example of what I'm having, look for Quake Howling around 8:10:

This is the same case for any other PA of the Knuckles weapon. Only animations show but no effects. I wonder if anyone knew what may cause it?
I have an up to date graphic driver, Geforce 760 GTX, I had this problem through many driver updates (since Fighter class released) none of which fixed this issue...

I didn't look at the videos, but it's probably that you don't have Knuckles Gear.
If I recall correctly, you only get knuckles effects if you have Knuckles Gear.

If I'm wrong just ignore this post.
