How is this supposed to be done?

It says on bumped.org that I need to simply talk to those 4 NPC's. But when I "talk" to them the co doesn't get completed.

Nothing seems to work. Any help will be appreciated.

You probably have some affection rewards backlogged. If you've built up their affection, they'll have synthesizers and PA discs to give you when you 'Talk' to them. You'll have to burn through those before you get the 'Talk' that fulfills the CO objective.

By chance, do you have to get all 10 of their rewards? This could be an easy way to check if I truly got everything out of them...

I can't say for sure, but I don't imagine you do. I think they just neglected to place the priority for Alis' CO flag above the affection rewards flag.
