New techs

How do I get the new techs I only have the lvl 10 versions of them ^^;

I'm talking about the new fire and lightning one :)

do super hard advanced quests

They only drop in SHAQ zones.

The dagger PA is in Forest.
Ilfoie and the gunslash PA in Cave.
Ilzonde and shift period in Desert.

They can drop from anything, at a very low drop-rate. It took me 7 cave SH AQ's to get 1 Ilfoie disk for example, others have had multiple drops in their first run.

Nope, Sega probabely learned from the Rare boss drop Disk situation, so the new PA this batch can be dropped from any enemy in the specific stage at the right difficulity.
