where to buy resta?

I just recently started playing this about a week ago, ive checked the clerks but cant remember what the resta icon looks like, does anyone know where i can buy it? btw im only lvl 5 if that makes a difference

You can buy the level one disk from the vendor beside the weapon vendor.
