PSO2 SEA to start off with EP2?

I heard a rumor that PSO2 SEA version won't have EP2 during their beta, but will have EP2 once it goes live... can someone help me confirm this?

If only that would happen for PSO2 West... and yes, even though Edward left SEGA 4-5 months ago, I'm still waiting for PSO2 West.

No. It was stated sometimes around December that it will start up to where falz was introduced/

What, you don't like being years behind in content only to receive inferior, "unique" versions of the things you do get? Guess you shouldn't be playing foreign Phantasy Star. Don't worry though. Its also completely against the TOS on our original server set to let in foreigners.
