question about ps vita version

Hi everybody, well i just imported a physical copy of the vita version and I already have my Sega ID set up but i had a question...even though i am getting the physical copy of the game, do i still need a Japanese pan account?? Like are there any patches or game updates i have to download through there?

As long as you have the physical game cart, all patches can be downloaded through your normal PSN account.
