Where can I find those and how much are they? They look cool, and since my char is a cast, I only care about the weapons.

I suppose you mean the weapon camo for the ultra hard blades.

you can't buy them with AC, they're a random find in AC scratch. At best you'll get one with 200AC, but it's not the only thing on the scratch.
