trouble buying ac on site

i select ac then web money then i keep putting in my jp address from tenso and an alias and this little window pops up that i cant read help im stuck

Little box popping up generally means you messed something up.

Either it doesnt like your address, name, etc. Did you make sure your name was in katakana or w/e? Make sure you're doing what this guide says: http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=199490

Also send a screenshot for us, someone on the forum can probably read the error message.
