Cheapest AC Scratch Item for Color Change Pass

I recently bought an outfit I like, however, I forgot to check if it had the right color, so I'm wondering, can I change the outfit Zelsius' color with a Color Change Pass? And if so, what would be the cheapest AC Scratch Item to buy in order to acquire such a pass, I don't have very much money in game and the cheapest outfits I've found are around 126k.

I'm at Ship09 if that is in any way relevant.

Dunno about ship 9, but rappy suits ar about 500K+ on ship2, so they may be about the same price.

Rappy Suits are, by far, the best deal, since it's a 1:1 ratio of Rappy Suit - Color Change Pass. Anything else, you'll have to spend between 126-210k for one outfit, fourteen (or however many it is) times.
