Antiviral Issue

I had no problem playing either PSU or PSU AOTI before installing Bitdefender Sphere. Now after I have installed the Supose to be #1 security software both games are so lagish that it is like you are playing them in slow mo. I have added special rules for the gamegaurd.ds file and all four exe files to allow them past my firewall. Still running in slow mo. I would appreciate it if someone could give me some help to fix this. I do not know what else to do

It's been a while since I last used Bitdefender since I only have access to it through a relative's computer, but I remember it had a "game mode" under some settings. You might want to take a look at that and make sure it's being enabled when you launch PSU, in case you haven't yet.
