Saint Feather??? (riddle)

i have a question, i grinded saint feather and then unleached its splendish recovery pp thingy, it is at level 3 the highest level. but my question is how do i activate it or it is automatic. cause i dont see a different in recovery speeed. please help

Its a passive effect, but at lv3 it gives you something like 0.8 more PP per second, so you won't really notice it tick up, but it does increase the speed. Try timing how long it takes for your PP bar to refill from 0 with the weapon equiped and without, if you want proof its active

It's not really that useful for melees either since PP doesn't regenerate during PAs and you're hitting things to get PP back anyway.
