The section id in charge of what you find and can buy is not just the one of who makes the game. It's the id of the 'team leader',the person who was on that particular game first. Examplehttp://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_eek.gifran makes the game,you see the Oran tekker,find the Oran stuff,and the weapons shop sells Bloody Arts,Then Viridia joins the game,and once the Oran guy gets booted offline,the game reverts to Viridia,you find the Viridia stuff,see the Viridia tekker once town has been reloaded,and can then buy Crush Bullets from the weapons store.
You can tell which ID is in charge by looking at the current tekker being used (reloading town once to be accurate) or by seeing who is allowed to select a quest from the Hunter's Guild.Thought I'd share this since most people think it's just the ID of the person who made the game,and once that person leaves that's just not true anymore.
