If you mean the english voice acting from SEA into JP, SEA just subtitled the story and dialog.

I can clearly see where it's headed...

1. Infested with tons of Agent Wong(s) a.k.a gold sellers/spambots on every blocks.
2. In-game items are removed(probably) and it's now only available from the CS.
3. Suggestion/complaint/rant on forum won't be answered once the game is released. Worst, they'll locked those threads.

Take Cabal as example. From 3 servers down to 1. Hackers are everywhere. There's no way you can enjoy Nation War when you're up against AoE/Wall hacks.

What about when they took RO2? I'm pretty sure some of you guys must have been there. You can't even see anything useful from the chats except "www.xxx.com sells cheap zeny" and such. Eventually I got tired of blocking each and every single spambot that I had to turn off all chats(party/trade etc).

I'm from Malaysia, and I'm sticking with the JP server(just started recently). Why? It's simple. They don't care about providing a good quality service for the game, they only care about your wallet.

If it's MoneySoft we're talking about, count me out.
