Lobby Videos (Where can I find them?)

I've been seeing vids of people playing in the lobby screens, and I saw this one video, where it was showcasing a bunch of players and and their get ups. I was wondering where I can find these on nico or youtube to watch? I always see them part way and want to watch the whole thing
