I'm just curious, as those characters are the default templates and they've been shown in all of the cinematics thus far. Would kind of be nice to have "official" names to assign to them :D

Yup, tons of PSO1 NPC names are used for character names in the trailers. Lionel for instance, the HUcast you put back together in one quest, is the FOcast.

Like Hunter 75 gives you +50 HP?

It's true. It's shared between all classes on all of your characters.

They give a total of 60 HP, 10 PP, 120 attack, 90 defense and 60 dexterity.
