Coloured Text Under Name

So I searched about this, but either no topics or I don't put in the correct terms.
Anyway, I saw some players with a sort of text under their name, in red and green. I don't think it is a title because one has some cussin in it. I was just wondering what it was.

Custom online status message. You can change it from your Quick Menu, and enter whatever you want, colors and all.
