Error 209 - Can't log in

My ships are loading slow and won't let me log in when I put in my password, my username was saved in so I don't think there is an issue there.
Anyone know what the heck is going on? I was able to log in not too long ago (5mins before the log in prevention occured).

lol idk if you're new to PSO2 or managed to somehow dodge the maintenance every week but they are from 10:00 PM ~ 4:00 AM EDT so what is that 7pm~1am pacific?

I'm from Cali so it kinda sucks being in the PST time zone:

Japanese Prime time for me is 4:00 AM -----> 7:00 AM ( which means, 8:00 PM -----> 11:00 PM Tokyo Time).
