Anyone have it yet?... Any tips on creating an Apple ID to download this app? I've been trying to do it for an hour and always get an error code. Can someone make a guide on how to get PSO2es iOS?

not worth it. since you need a japanese itunes Account with a japanese address and credit card. also the IarksCash doesnt work with pc/vita/andriod pso2

Just use bluestacks and get the android app then?

Create an Apple ID here: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
and then change the region to "Japan" after making an account by clicking the flag at the bottom right of that page (you may have to scroll down a bit).
Then from your iphone just search for pso2es in the japanese store and install.

The error code may be that you don't have a digital compass installed in your phone/ipod/whatever, which in your (and my) case you're screwed.

I was trying to create a new Apple ID on my MacBook Pro through iTunes. I even used multiple guides with practically identical information and I still got the same error every time. I'm open to all suggestions.

I want to play PSO2es to enjoy it during my downtime like any handheld. I don't care about all the restrictions being that I have Blue Stacks and PSO2 on my PC.

Edit. I will give this a try on my desktop PC and report back. And if anyone has success in actually making an Apple ID to downloaded PSO2es iOs, posting it here would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to get the game and i live in the US. What I did was go on iTunes change the store to the Japanese one, find any free app (including pso2es), when you try to download it will ask you to sign in, click create an account when you get to the credit card part one option will be none which only works with this method ( IF you did the steps correctly). The address is really easy and a simple Google search should give you the answers.


Edit* You will have to change your apple ID on your device and sync it up with your computer/mac.

Downloaded iTunes on my PC and I still cannot get this to work. I've used multiple guides. UGH what am I doing wrong.

Edit: I finally created it. I was using a email address not eligible for sign up I guess because soon as I created a new gmail it worked like a charm.

I got the iTunes account sorted fine and got the app on my iPad mini, but when I login with my pso2 account it asks me for a 16 digit code? What code is this? I thought might be email to confirm identity but I got none?

I believe that code is for when you try to use PSO2 es from different devices (not at the same time). For data transfer or something.

Yeah. I got held up on this.. What if you already have a PSO2es Android account?

Just got around to doing this and it seems the guide here http://bumped.org/psublog/category/pso2es/ says it is the 4th button on the menu.. However in latest update it seems that button is for "Official Site" and I do not see a device transfer button anywhere.. clicked everything..

Anyone know where it is?

If anyone else is still having trouble creating a JP iTunes account, I managed it via the iTunes page (https://itunes.apple.com/jp/app/fantashisutaonrain2-es/id847216485?l=en&mt=8). Click the download button-- it'll force you to log in, but you can just choose to create a new account. (IIRC, it forces you to put in a billing address anyway, but they don't seem to verify it.)
