Don't use Cirnopedia, it's rarely actually up to date. Try the swiki (http://pso2.swiki.jp/index.php?). This updates much more frequently, and regularly revises information for accuracy. Cirnopedia is only useful if you need something in English and your Google Translate skills aren't sufficient.
