B20 is actually a horrible block for learning anything, as it is filled with people who teaches you bad habits with few exceptions--exceedingly few. That being said, it is easiest to get someone to help due to it being the home of the English community.

Outside of ship 2, there is ship 4 and ship 10. If you pick ship 2. B20 will have the most english speaking people, but the ship is fairly populated enough to the point where you wont HAVE to rely on B20 just for english speakers.

Dont let the bars fool you when picking a block. Players love idling in lobby for w/e reason. ._.

Is there anywhere on ship 10 where english speaking players gather to some extent? I'm not looking for a b20 (nor would I want that), but somewhere to easily find some people for tacos or the random shaq/xq that I could actually talk to (outside of my team) would be awesome while I'm on ship 10.

Join a team, avoid b20 like the plague. k thx bai.

Umm I play in what ever block I land usually move to 10-11-12 for EQs if on one of my characters on SH.

I'm on ship 2 from past experiences I say avoid block 20 unless you desperately need a party to get things done. Outside of random parties you will hardly find any players that are educated enough to give you the right information without having to either buy AC or start all over again to fix those mistakes, and there are any more than likely they are afk because they have nothing to do.

Best advice I can give is try joining a team ask many questions get multiple sources of information between psow and your team if you need to find a party B:20 is there for you but I'd recommend 2 for normal 4 for hard 6 sometimes 7 for very hard 10 11 12 14 for super hard. Then there are the specialized blocks for advanced quests time attacks and extreme quests.

If i can get the game to work lol. Ill play it. pso2.exe is giving me some trouble. ive done everything i can to trouble shoot the issue. im reinstalling now.
