Question about buying the physical copy for my american account

Can i log into my character i made on the same vita but on a different account?

I would like to get the physical copy of PSO2 to play on my American account. But i remember it saying something about tying my PSO2 account to this vita i am using while i was on my Japanese account.

So if i switch to my American account can i use the same character that i used with the Japanese account?

I believe that the PSO2 account gets linked to the PSN account, and that you're screwed

So how do i go about contacting sega and how would i ask them that in japanese? if anyone can help i would love you forever.

I will say something like just say i linked it to my friends PSN without knowing i couldnt unlink it
