My strong belief regarding this is that it has nothing to do with PSO2 General.

PSO2 is an online game, as such is indirectly affected by the aforementioned problem stated in the video

And we know SegaC isnt going to pay shit to get in the "fast line" for us.

Of course this is an extreme exaggeration but completely plausible.
