To get the add slots just take 4 pdrops to gallions shop quest. Take them one at a time and trade them for add slots. He'll offer other junk just keep saying no untill he offers an addslot. But remeber to carry only ONE at a time. When you agree to the trade he takes all the pdrops in you inv.(but not your bank of course http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif )
