how do I recruit Members for team?

Trying to gather some friends for a team yet I cannot find any options to recruit members, a google search completely failed, can someone guide me in the right direction?

thx, i didn't even know you could click em as the menu is popped up, mainly because I always play with a controller

In that case all you have to do is open the menu and go to nearby players. You can find their name in the list and select it and it will do the same thing.
