Whats in Area 2 of the Driving Rain 2 EQ?

I've never bothered to go into it with all of the rare monsters roaming in the 1st area, but I was wondering if it is worth it to go into the second area.

No. Once the actual quest is over it can't spawn the Rockbear/Rogbelt

Clarification: Meaning was after EQ availability period is over, so one wouldn't have to worry about wasting time and missing a new run/something of equivalent importance.

Seriously though it's not difficult to walk there and check yourself, see the teleporter, deduct that these in fact usually lead to bosses, maybe even use it, etc. etc.
