Basicly, you submit your character file, two picture(One with ID), one without

But you're limited to 3 area, Ark Lobby, My Room/Mini Room and Team room.

Also outfit, accessory and emblem, can't have any collab item, such as Attack on Titan, etc, and you can't have anything that covers the character face, and Rappy and Lilipa Suit is a nono.

The trophy is likely a room decoration trophy, like in previous contests.
I wouldn't be surprised if it'll be the same exact trophy also, the pink trophy nearby the Vol Dragon's head in the picture below (I don't have access to the PC where I have PSO2 right now, this is the only picture I have that I can remember having the trophy showing).
