how do i make the game full screen resolution

If you go into the files for Blue Burst, there is a way to change it from full-screen to windowed mode and vice versa.

I think the OP meant PSO v2 for the PC

You must switch to a different exe or apply a patch to enter fullscreen.

However by default the game should be fullscreen, window mode was something created afterwards, the window mode exe is optional and was made available so that players could choose what mode they wanted.
If you want fullscreen then download the exe with the fullscreen option.

If you have fullscreen then explain what are you seeing that is bothering you.

Anyway, if by tweaking the res settings like that guy didn't help you (keeping aspect ration off), then try and find a window mode exe and then patch it with the patches you used on the fullscreen (like server ip)

In window mode, you can stretch the window, keep in mind the game is 4:3, so it you stretch, it will look stretched and the res will not change.
