Unlocking recipes help!

Ok so i got extend lvl 5 for my 10 star weapons, but i saw on the pso2swiki you can go to extend lvl 7 already.
I already went to bumped read about the unlocking method but i cant understand the method at all.
Can someone pls explain what i need to craft to get more recipes?

Open up your craft achievements and find the 10* weapons area for the type of weapon you're crafting. Check the uncompleted achievements and one of them should have the new recipes as a reward.
