Skill Reset tickets for EP 3?

I started playing after EP 2 came out, so i don't kn ow what all was given to usher in the new hotness. Will we get things like skill rests and whatnot like we do at the level caps? It would make sense as we might need to readjust existing classes to act as new subs. But, i don't know cuz a wasn't here to experience something similar. A recap would be helpful. Thanx.

Most likely, they always give them out when any changes are made to the trees.

I think I need to make a 2nd character when the game is back up again, even if I intend to everything on only one.
