How to play PSU?

Hey all,
so I want to get back into PSU. I played constantly on the Xbox version of PSU up until it got shut down. I decided I would get back into it recently and play the story (I always played online and never had a chance to play story mode), but when I launch the game I am asked to register. Well, this is impossible as the link it wants me to visit in order to sign up doesn't even exist anymore (to the best of my knowledge, as I cannot find it, I believe it was Sega.com/PSU). So essentially it is impossible to play. Is there a way to bypass signing up, seeing as I just want to play offline story (and multiplayer isn't even a thing anymore, anyways)?

Since the Ddos attack on PSO2 has been going on I looked into this as well and played through PSU Offline again, here is some helpful information for what you need to play on the PC.

If you look through that user's videos you can find all sorts of helpful tutorials for adding mods to the game to, spawning weapons, changing weapon values like 100% element etc,

Here is a video I made last week playing the final story mission, I have several things modded from all the info I just posted, I am playing a class called Acromaster, it allows you to use every weapon in the game S rank along with the speed buffs of the master classes for attacking. it is quite fun, you can download the Modified .exe, data file. on the link above to add all the advanced classes from online as well as the Acromaster class I mentioned that is in the game data but never released online.

This is all stuff for the PC version, I have no info for the 360 if that is what you are looking for.
