It's basically what has been said before, but the links to the individual problems are new to me. For 107 errors, it basically says that 107 errors are currently caused by the measures taken against the DDoS attack, and it asks that players wait for now.

I think that the 107 error page has been updated a while ago. First time I read it, if I recall, it suggested to reconnect to bypass it. But, reading it today again ( a few hours ago) it say something like "try again later". ...Or was it always like that?
