[7/2 Scheduled Maintenance-Notice] The maintenance is scheduled for 7/2 11:00-17:00 (JST). Until there is a notice that the maintenance is over, please do not try to connect to the game servers.

So yeah, don't try to connect to the game servers to see if the maintenance ends early.
