Haven't had any success getting on so Imma assume the game is still blocked from them.

Comcast hasn't been able to connect since this all happened. People have tried contacting them like the other ISPs and as usual nothing really came of it.

Anywoo if anything is gonna change it'll happen on a maint day most likely.

waiting on a couple of others to post their results, i submitted 3 IP addresses already, 1 for the site and 2 for i think were player servers, nothing.

im on comcast. a few days ago i played using the pinger workaround.

yesterday and i think the day before yesterday it was showing me the ships were offline too. idk if the pinger failed to do what it did prior or if i got blocked even more to the point the method no longer works. anyway, after 2 days of seeing that the ships are down like in your picture i uninstalled the game. i was mainly playing to make YouTube videos anyway and i have enough vids so i probably wont be playing again til much later.

I'm not deep into networking...but I'm pretty sure the ISP can't do anything about their IP reaching a specific server especially one outside of the region....

That is not what is happening. I ran a trace route and it fails to leave the country in the first place. If it is on Sega's end, then it should be able to leave the country, but fail after hitting Japan. That simply isn't what is happening.

So far, the only thing that works for me is Google Translated versions of pso2.jp, but that only gets a barebones version of the page. Trying to access the game's downloader results in an "Access Denied" page, though. Tweaker gives me a 249. I'm guessing everyone else with Comcast has the same issues, but if there's anyone that has more/less working, say so. Not counting VPNs or anything else like that, of course.

Still getting the same error (I have Comcast). Don't feel like using VPN so I'm treating it like it is. If it comes back up then great but if not then I have other things to do with my time. I am so glad I didn't buy any AC like I was going to however. Would have been a waste of money if I end up not playing anymore.
