lol I guess I'll be the shining light on this thread. I use TWC and it wasn't working until after last weeks maintenance.

I was using Pingzapper until some people reported saying they could connect w/o it. Did it suck having to use Pingzapper sure it did but I'm glad I don't now. If Sega blocked my IP or MAC addy I didn't care since all I needed was Pingzapper to get around it. I looked at it this way if Sega did block me I would use the money to pay for a program to get me to connect to PSO2 and not buy any more AC. It doesn't do any good or solve anything being mad at Sega. Not in this situation anyway. I could very well not connect after this maintenance and I'll go back to using Pingzapper or something else to get on PSO2.

obviously can't connect to the game itself due to the server maintenance, BUT the website is loading and gs016.pso2gs.net is responding to tracert's. also, tweaker is immediately saying "offline" instead of "checking status" forever, so i am back to normal for now it seems. hopefully this remains when the server comes back up tomorrow.

It's a shame that many of us missed a week and whatever that event that's was going on this past week. I feel really dumb using a vpn yesterday, not really for the ddos compensation since that expires next week but for thinking I didn't grab whatever was supposed to expire this week.

Turns out that I got it after the servers recovered from the attacks and forgot about it. I can only hope that having a different ip on my account isn't going to cause problems but I'll stay offline a little longer if that will help.

Can I Connect to the Game: Same response as above just replace both instances of "8-Ball" with "Middle Finger"... If you didn't know Sega owns a giant magic middle finger by now... you have a problem.

I never have even had a random blip of being able to normally log in since the DDoS attack, and I don't think I will ever be able to (thinking realistically) again. I use the Amazon method of connecting when ProxyCap isn't being a bitch...

When was I able to connect? For the first few days PSO2 was back I could only connect through VPN or Pingzapper but a few days ago I was able to connect and log in normally. I have been able to login normally now for 5 days or so with time-warner. Hang in there peoples!
