According to User: Helvetica Standard, optimum users can reconnect yet i have the same service in nj and i cant any other optimum nj users able to reconnect or no? please lemme know ty :)

I can't connect myself with optimum, and i'm in NY. I think that post is a lie actually... v.v. Can't connect via vanilla launcher or tweaker or site.

And that person is in Mexico city, so most likely a different backbone server that they use then you.
