Rappy Chair LA?

Has anyone ever heard of a Rappy Chair Lobby Action? It'd be along the same vein as the black and gold chairs (/la chair_rappy). I was poking through the data files and came across it. I'm wondering if it's a dev only thing or not yet released.

If anyone's in game, try it and see if it does the "You don't have that LA" thing, please.

Yup, said I didn't have the emote unlocked, so it's planned for release sometime soon, I suppose.
