I'm confused as to how one gets the data drives for unit installing.

Are they just rare drops from enemies in their respective regions?

EDIT: And thus I find the answer to my question is "yes" a few seconds later.

So fairly hellish RNGTo be honest I'm more worried about consistantly getting the bonuses I want than how good they are since they're time limited. Like, are we going for these simply for their primary bonuses, or are are the secondary bonuses more important, and then random, like the random drink?
