NP Error 1013

after the tweaker update and updating pso2 via the tweaker, i get error 1013. it's game guard i assume however nothing is running in my back ground that would trip game guard . i'm assuming sega blacklisted ping zapper?. I tried turning off my anti virus and still the error pops up, any work around.?

So I logged in today and got a 1013 error.

I'm using PZ/Tweaker and have been w/o problems since the DDoS but today I got kicked after just one minute on the server.

I tried changing regions/server location etc but that didn't work. Strange as this may be, I cleaned my browser history, and did a complete system cleaning; recycle bin etc and the problem was solved.

I suspect that I couldn't get in because as of right now my ISP can't access the website w/o a proxy and yesterday just before I logged off I tried the "Charge AC" function which surprisingly got me through and into the secure log in page, but that's all speculation.
