i have an agito 1991 and 2001 model.
is it just 1975 real that you get a transformed sword, or can i still get something for 2001/1991 or has a different use?

Only the extremely rare 1975 model can be transformed, don't even bother hunting one.
The other replicas have different stats and can never be converted.

so agito 2001 and 1991 are vendor trash?. im currently using red handgun+80 and ancient sword+45, im lvl 104.

Yes, you can sell them if you have duplicates, those are average weapons and have no hidden potential. It's sad i know, the 1975 one is rare for a reason afterall.
The red handgun is by far one of the most usefull weapons, even more usefull than oraotiagito, so i'm sure you will stick to that one or a variant of the weapon with higher % for the rest of the game.

im a racast, and i prefer hand guns(i should have been a ranger, really) but i am having a rough time on mines9thats where i generally train). what would be the fastest exp i can grind? i have been power training vhard ruins and ult forest. any suggestions?

Usually mines and forest, caves has few enemies and lasts 3 areas, ruins is nice aswell.

So something like vhard ruins, then ultimate forest and ultimate mines is quite good.
I'm actually suprised you can do mines because the difficulty increase is quite high from caves to mines.

Once it feels ok to do mines then just do Ult forest and Ult mines.

Things will be hard from now on and you probably noticed that after lvl 100, the exp requirements are getting a tad higher than normal

- Red handgun with machine %
Keep hunting in forest

- Use a twins pb oriented mag and build
Make a mag that can use twins as a PB (invencibility triggers are recomended) then replace 3 slots on your armor with PB/creates.
This makes your PB raise alot faster and once you get 100 PB, you cast the twins PB, then you simply repeat, combine this with machine % handgun for better results.
