downloading and signing up for pso2

hey guys im trying to help a friend get pso2 and i need to know a few things since i havent done it since the whatever blocking. first can you jsut download the game from tweaker? or do you have to torrent it? second how do make a sega id do you have to us ea vpn?

You can download it all with the tweaker, there is a tutorial in this forum about how to make sega id's and as LordKaiser said if you can't access pso2.jp you have to use vpn
