Is there a Guide that translates the menus?

I have the english patch and large installed. But when I get on the main menu it says sega id with some japanese. Any guides with translated menus?

The English patch should translate the menus. Do you have the latest release installed?

Also, after every PSO2 update, you have to re-install the current (or updated, if there's one) English Patch, otherwise the game'll be in Japanese.

Yes I have the 07-16 English patch and larger file. only thing I dont have installed is the story patch, buts not compatible anyway it says on the tweaker.
